Choices.

This is just how life goes for me: I sit around for months wishing and hoping for a job, any job. Then I get two offers.

I've been at my new job for a month now, and I get a call for an interview for a secretary position at the school I used to work at (and loved). And now I'm torn. I love this new job (save for a few incidents and one overbearing anal co-worker) And I love, love, love being with the children again. But the only hesitiation is that this pay is atrocious.

So I'm torn. I don't know if I should even go to the interview. Should I find out if the pay is better? Should I just forget it? Should I just shut up and be grateful for the job I have now?

Ugh...it's better not having the choices sometimes.

On a happier note- I'm off to pack for my trip to Wilmington tomorrow for a beer festival with friends. Yay for simple, fun times. (and as many free samples as we desire!)

Yay beer fest! Woot!

I say go on the interview. You've got your library school plans, which will get you back with the kids in the long term, so if you can make more money now to pay for it, that could be the best option. You'll never know about the pay until you go for the interview. And you can always turn it down, if they offer you the job.
